Newspaper “Terrorism”

The threat of terrorists attacks have been going on too long.   The majority of people in the U.S. today will agree with that statement.  With all the airplane security and other severe security precautions going on, most people are just fed up with these terrorists.  With the new issue of Osama Bin Laden being alive and wanting to attack, people are trying to block terrorism out of their minds, but terrorism is still very real.  Terrorism can not be forgotten from peoples minds because it effects everyone everyday.  The huge issue of terrorism has caused so much grief and suffering to be  forgotten.  Ever since 9/11 the government is trying to prevent terrorism, even if it takes away freedom away from the people or not.  Thousands of people died from 9/11 and more are dying in Iraq as we speak.  American heroes, army men, firefighters, and others risk their lives to protect the people of the U.S. from terrorism.  This huge real life issue is happening right now so it is a big deal.  Men and women are fighting for the freedom of the U.S. and are trying to stop the problems in foreign countries as well as trying to help them.  Terrorism is costing the U.S. billions of dollar.  To rebuild Iraq will be a major job and will take a long time.  So terrorism is not only costing lives but also money.  Terrorism takes away freedom how could it be forgotten.
